- We strive to complete orders correctly and ship on time. If your order is not complete or damaged, or you have not recieved it within 14 days- please email us so we can correct it as quickly as possible.
If you receive your order damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience. We try to take care in the packaging of our products but also understand "stuff Happens". We will correct the damaged product by either sending another or refunding the purchase price upon return of the damaged items.
